(More customer reviews)We have been using Program for our dogs for years and it works beautifully.Here in the San Diego area we tend to just use it during the highest flea season, which is usually May - October, but you can use it year round.Program is a chewable tablet that you give your animal once a month and it keeps him/her flea free. It is so much easier to use than the stuff you have to rub behind their neck and you don't have to worry about it washing off.

Lufenuron is a insect development inhibitor which breaks the flea life cycle by preventing most flea eggs from hatching or maturing into adults. Noticeable control may not be observed until several weeks after dosing when a pre-existing infestation is present. Tested safely in over 40 dog breeds, including pregnant females, breeding males and puppies over 6 weeks of age. Directions: Dose all dogs within household. Administer orally immediately after or with a full meal on the same date each month. Six doses per package.
