(I know) My daughter buys Zodiac flea and tick shampoo that also breaks the life cycle of such bugs and is meant to be lathered on and left on for 5 minutes. It soaks into the sking just like the topicals and lasts for one month. We live on a lake with lots of nature, and this product will help you save money while making your dog more comfortable motnh after month. I do suggest bombing or fogging your home for better bug control.
This Zodiac Shampoo is in the green bottle but the one we actually favor because it highly conditions the fur is in the white bottle with the stanard zodiac lable and smells like coconut.
Make sure when you buy any zodiac shampoo it is the kind that lasts for one month and is to be left on the dog for five minuted and then rinsed.
